Rep. Burnett fights to provide a permanent COLA to TRS and PERS 1 retirees
Rep. Brian Burnett speaks in favor of amendment 935 to the Democrat operating budget proposal. The amendment would give teachers, state employees, and other members of the TRS and PERS 1 retirement system a permanent Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) to keep up with inflation.
